Minimum requirements:
For stand-alone solution:
- Minimum annual premium of US$500,000 within the global solution.
- Coverage for 500 employees or more across three or more countries.
- Minimum premium per country: US$25,000.
For multi-customer solution:
- Minimum annual premium of US$50,000 within the global solution.
- Coverage for 50 employees or more in at least one country.
- Minimum premium per country: US$25,000.
