Zurich’s approach to operational sustainability
Since 2014, Zurich has implemented internal guidelines based on external guidance as provided by the ISO14001 Environmental Management System. These guidelines align with the expectations expressed by our shareholders, investors, customers, employees and corporate peers, who expect Zurich to demonstrate best-practice in operational sustainability performance.
