Zurich shareholders approve all Board proposals at Annual General Meeting

  • Michel M. Liès confirmed as Chairman of the Board of Directors
  • John Rafter elected as member of the Board of Directors
  • All other proposed Board members confirmed
  • Dividend of CHF 26 gross per share and all other Board proposals approved

The shareholders of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (Zurich) confirmed Michel M. Liès as Chairman of the Board of Directors (Board) at today’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). They also elected John Rafter as a new member and confirmed all current Board members who stood for re-election.

Shareholders further approved the dividend of CHF 26 gross per share, which will be paid from April 16, 2024. In a non-binding advisory vote, 80.72% of the represented shareholders approved the remuneration report 2023. All other Board proposals were also approved. The detailed voting results will be published today on www.zurich.com.
