Share buyback program 2024/25
Under the public share buyback program announced on February 22, 2024, Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (Zurich) intends to repurchase Zurich registered shares in the amount of up to CHF 1.1 billion purchase value (Program). Based on the closing price of the Zurich shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange on June 11, 2024, this corresponds to a maximum of 2.34 million Zurich shares or a maximum of 1.6% of Zurich’s registered share capital. The Program is planned to run from June 17, 2024 to December 31, 2025 at the latest. The Program is for capital reduction purposes under the capital band and will be executed on a second trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange (Valor: 135.529.044; ISIN: CH135 529 044 1; Ticker: ZURNE).

The maximum daily repurchase volume calculated in accordance with art. 123 para. 1 lit. c of the Financial Market Infrastructure Ordinance (FMIO) is 62,497 shares.

The 4,104,413 Zurich shares repurchased under the share buyback program 2022/23 were cancelled in a capital reduction under the capital band on August 7, 2023.
