  • The importance of biodiversity

    Sebastião Salgado is one of the world’s leading photographers as well as an environmentalist. In 2020, Zurich partnered with Instituto Terra, the nonprofit he started with his wife Lélia that re-grows parts of the Atlantic Forest in his native Brazil. And in 2021, we sponsored his latest exhibition, Amazônia, which details the splendor and fragility of the Amazon ecosystem. He joined us on stage in our latest Zurich Talks.
