The New Social Contract for an Empowered Workforce

At the recent WEF Annual Meeting in Davos, Wendy Liu CEO Zurich Integrated Benefits and International Life was joined by industry leaders Martine Ferland, CEO, Mercer and Vice Chair, Marsh McLennan, Ellyn Shook, Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer of Accenture and Jolanda Grob, Group Chief People Officer of Zurich Insurance to discuss how the employee-employer relationship is being disrupted and the need for a new social contract between employers and employees. This highly engaging and informative session explored how employers have the opportunity to create a more productive and engaged workforce while driving positive societal change, and how a sustainable employee-employer relationship requires human-centric organizations that extend their consideration from the worker to the human being.
