Privacy Notice

Zurich Insurance Group Ltd ("Company") processes personal data of shareholders, shareholder representatives and accompanying persons for the preparation and execution of its shareholder meetings, including their recording and live streaming, as well as for maintaining the share register and related purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

For this purpose, personal data (e.g., name, address, date of birth, shareholder number, email address, respective shareholding, admission card number, granting of proxies) is shared with service providers mandated by the Company for IT, security, registration, share register management, and proxy representation, insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the respective mandate.
