Tulsi Naidu has more than 20 years of financial services experience in Europe and Asia across both life and general insurance. She was appointed CEO Asia Pacific and became a member of the Executive Committee in January 2021. Ms. Naidu joined Zurich in September 2016 as Head of Business Development EMEA and was then appointed CEO of Zurich UK. She joined Zurich after 14 years at Prudential plc in its UK business serving as COO and Executive Director, UK & Offshore. Ms. Naidu started her career in India with roles at Arthur Andersen and ICICI Bank before moving to CSFB. Ms. Naidu is a past chair of the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s practitioner panel.

Educational background
Ms. Naidu earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics and statistics from Nizam College, Hyderabad and a master’s degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad.
