Intermediary

If you are (or you are acting on behalf of) an intermediary (insurance broker, agent, trade specific agent…), you will have received Terms of Use directly from the Zurich entity offering you access to the Zurich Swift Platform.

Policyholder

If you are (or you are acting on behalf of) a policyholder, you will have in most cases received the Terms of Use from the intermediary. They may also be included in your insurance policy.
